Clinical Manager

Then we have your ideal role! We are looking for an experienced clinician with people management skills and experience to fill the key role of Clinical Manager at our Te Wairua Residential service based in Māngare East. You will be leading a multi-disciplinary team that supports people with mental health and addiction (alcohol, drug and gambling) challenges on their recovery journey.
A proven leader, you will also have:
- Experience of delivering services and of managing and developing others, preferably in a health, mental health and/or addictions setting
- A relevant qualification e.g. Bachelors of Social Work, Psychology, Counselling, Health Science or AOD, and DAPAANZ or HPCA Act Registration
- Sound knowledge of addiction/mental health models of care, including the Therapeutic Community model
- Excellent relationship management skills and the ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders & external agencies
- Demonstrated knowledge of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and of the cultural norms and customs of tangāta whenua and Pacific peoples
- Strong communication, prioritisation and organisational skills
- Coaching and mentoring capabilities to support and develop team members
- A collaborative approach and ability to work flexibly in a changing environment
- A full New Zealand driver's licence

- $81,744.00 – $90,584.00 per annum (depending on your relevant registration and experience)
