We are seeking a motivated Clinical Manager to lead our vibrant, multidisciplinary team at the Family Centre in New Windsor, West Auckland. This is a permanent, full-time role where your leadership will help shape services that uplift whānau and support long-term wellbeing.

Set on six acres of peaceful, park-like grounds, the Family Centre provides a unique residential environment where parents can focus on recovery while continuing to live alongside their tamariki. It is a place of hope, healing and growth, where whānau are supported to build healthier futures together.

As Clinical Manager, you will lead a skilled team dedicated to providing compassionate, holistic support to families navigating addiction. Your leadership will help ensure our service remains safe, responsive and culturally grounded.

A proven leader, you will have:

  • A relevant qualification/registration, and experience of working as a senior clinician/manager in a health, mental health and/or addictions setting.
  • Proven skills in managing and developing others. 
  • Knowledge of addiction/mental health models of care, including the Therapeutic Community model.
  • Excellent relationship management skills and the ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders & external agencies.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of Te Tiriti o Waitangi and of the cultural norms and customs of tangāta whenua and Pacific peoples.
  • Strong communication, prioritisation and organisational skills.
  • A collaborative approach and ability to work flexibly in a changing environment.
  • A full New Zealand driver's licence.

In return we offer:

  • A salary between $94,307 and $107,515 depending on registration and experience.  
  • 27 days annual leave, 5 days paid study leave per annum and free fruit/lunch every day!
  • A Monday to Friday role (including a rostered on-call responsibility).
