We have an exciting opportunity for a talented and highly organised administrator (or possibly two as the role could be performed as a job share), to join our dedicated People and Capabilities (P&C) team, based in New Windsor, West Auckland. 

You will be part of a busy, friendly team and will be responsible for coordinating a range of HR processes, including key aspects of our recruitment, on-boarding/induction, core training and student placement programmes.  You will be the ‘public face’ of Odyssey for those seeking to work with us.

Our ideal candidate/s will have: 

  • 1-2 years relevant experience, including experience of HR administration, recruitment and/or training coordination
  • A relevant qualification e.g. Diploma or Bachelors in HR, administration, business, psychology
  • A positive attitude, strong people-orientation and excellent communication skills
  • Exceptional prioritization, time management and organisational skills, as well as a great eye for detail
  • The ability to self-manage and operate effectively within a dynamic, fast changing work environment
  • Strong IT skills and excellent knowledge/experience of Microsoft Office applications as well as relational databases, preferably BambooHR
