We’re looking for the right person to join our team as a Senior Case Manager in our collaborative mahi with the Alcohol and Other Drug Treatment Court (AODTC). For over nine years, the court has supported hundreds of people in their recovery journeys.

We have an opportunity at Odyssey for a full-time permanent position. The role of Senior Case Manager provides strong clinical assessment and treatment planning experience. Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills are key assets in this role. 

You will support the Clinical Manager in delivering effective clinical services and best practice. You will provide advice, guidance, and provide clinical training to team members. 

We offer:

  • A salary between $75,940 and $83,865 depending on registration and experience
  • $2,000 position allowance and $572 food allowance per annum 
  • 22 days annual leave. 5 days paid study leave per annum

What you bring:

  • Desire to support people to make positive changes in their lives
  • Past experience working with people in social services, alcohol and other drugs (AOD), or health settings
  • Knowledge of AOD treatment and models of practice
  • Relevant level 7 qualification. This could include a bachelor’s in social science, health, or a related discipline
  • Registration with a relevant professional body, such as DAPAANZ; or a willingness to work towards registration
  • Expertise and interest in Tikanga Māori 
  • Writing skills and computer proficiency
  • Expertise with working collaboratively 
  • Openness to learning about the Alcohol and Other Drug Treatment Court
